Public transportation on demand in Odense
Teletaxi is public transportation and it is only available in Odense municipality.
Teletaxi takes you from your address to a hub or vice versa.
You can travel every day of the week between 06.00 a.m. and 11.00 p.m., except on 24/12 and 31/12.
You must book your trip at least 1 hour before you want to depart.

You can book up to 14 days in advance, but always at least 1 hour before pickup.
Teletaxi cannot be used on 24/12 and 31/12. You book Teletaxi by calling Flextrafik on +45 63 11 22 55. The phone lines are open on weekdays between 07.00 a.m. and 07.00 p.m. and on weekends and during holidays between 08.00 a.m. and 06.00 p.m.
Teletaxi areas in Odense
You can only travel with Teletaxi to and from selected Teletaxi areas in Odense. Outside the Teletaxi areas, Odense is served by bus and light rail connections.

Price: 25 DKK for adults. Children (under 16 years) 12 DKK.
Payment must be made upon boarding the vehicle with cash or a payment card.
Travel for free with a commuter pass
If you have a valid commuter pass (Rejsekort or RejseBillet, as well as passes issued by DSB and GoCollective), Youth Card, or train ticket (issued by DSB or GoCollective), you can travel for free with the tele-service.
Special ticket: Teletaxi Odense
If you need to continue your journey by bus or light rail, it is beneficial to purchase the Teletaxi Odense ticket.
You can buy the ticket in the RejseBillet app. The ticket entitles you to travel with the tele-taxi, bus, and light rail in Odense municipality for 75 minutes. The 'Teletaxi Odense' ticket costs 25 DKK for adults and 12 DKK for children (under 16 years).
You can book by calling Flextrafik on +45 63 11 22 55 from monday to friday between 07.00 a.m. and 07.00 p.m. and on weekends bwtween 08.00 a.m. and 06.00 p.m.

NB: Cancellation must happen at least one hour before the ride.
