FynBus terms and conditions for sale of physical tickets

Sale of physical tickets
The following physical ticket options are available at selected selling points:
- Cash ticket (only at FynBus Kundecenter)
- Odense ticket
- Day ticket
- Senior ticket Fyn Rundt (Around Funen) (only at FynBus Kundecenter)
Terms of delivery
The ticket is delivered by the selling point and must be physical presented in the bus.
Ticket and validity
The ticket is only valid in the FynBus area and must be purchased prior to the start of the journey. The ticket is valid in all the FynBus buses as well as Odense Letbane (light rail) on the date printed on the ticket. You must commence your last ride on the date printed. Example: If the date printed on the ticket is December 23rd, the ticket is valid from 00:00-23.59 on this exact day.
Please note that the period of validity on the physical ticket differs from tickets purchased in the app RejseBillet, since tickets purchased online are valid for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
The rule of bringing children for free in the bus applies.
Ticket inspection
Please present your physical tourist ticket upon request of the driver or inspector. For further information about ticket use, please refer to the joint national travel regulations below.
Payment
Please refer to the specific selling point for information about payment of the physical ticket.
Refund
Physical tickets are not refunded.
Right of cancellation
Tickets are not subject to the right of cancellation, since passenger transport is exempted from these regulations, cf. §1, article 4, 4 of the Consumer Protection Act.
Charges
Physical tickets are purchased without charge.
