Basiskort is for those who prefer a physical card when travelling with public transport. There are two types of Basiskort, a personal card and an anonymous card. You can buy The personal Basiskort through Self Service and at selected sales points. The anonymous Basiskort can be purchased at kiosks, sales points, and DSB 7-Eleven stores at stations.

## **How to travel with the Basiskort**

The Basiskort is a physical card that you use by checking in and out on the new yellow terminals – called Check Points.

You must check in every time you board and check out every time you get off.
This also applies when transferring, even if you continue with the same type of transport.

## **How to order a Basiskort**

The easiest way is to order your Basiskort through Self‑service. It only takes a few minutes, and the card will be sent directly to your home.

You can also buy and collect your Basiskort at FynBus’ Customer Centre in Odense.

## **School Cards on Basiskort**

The current school cards will be replaced by the Basiskort
However, this will not happen until the start of the 2026/27 school year. Until then, you should continue using your existing card.
